Zatar is a tangy mixture of roasted sesame seeds, wild thyme, sumac and salt. Sprinkle on cooked veggies and salad, or use as a dip with bread and oil, or mix with soft cheese. Great on flatbread and pizza. Available in 90g and 140g hexagonal jars, and 90g refill bag (with free postage).
