Berbere Mince Pastries

Fry mince (beef or lamb) in olive oil, onions, garlic, Black Cumin and Berbere until well browned. Cool. Cut sheets of puff pastry into quarters. Place spoonful of mince in centre of pastry and fold over to encase the meat. Roll edges of pastry together to make seam. Brush with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 200c for about 20-25 minutes.
